Your files are yours. We process them to do the job you asked for, encrypt them at rest, never look at them, never share them, and delete them within 24 hours. You don’t need an account, we run no third-party analytics or advertising, and we don’t sell data to anyone.
1. Files you upload
Files upload over TLS to encrypted object storage and are processed automatically to perform the tool operation you selected. No human views your files. All uploads and outputs are permanently deleted within 24 hours.
2. Information we collect
CompressKits has no accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses, or profiles. To run the service we keep standard, short-lived server logs (request paths, timestamps, IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and the technical records of each processing job (file size, tool used, success or failure). We run no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no fingerprinting.
3. What we never do
- Sell or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers
- Use your files to train AI models
- Read, preview, or analyze file contents beyond automated processing
- Track you across other websites
4. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep your anonymous session working, one to remember your language, and one to remember your theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies exist on this site.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, we extend GDPR-grade rights. Because we hold no account data about you, the main personal data we process are your uploaded files — which delete themselves within 24 hours — and short-lived operational logs. For any request or question: privacy@compresskits.com.

If we change this policy meaningfully, we will update this page and its effective date, with a plain-language summary of what changed and why.
